  1. No, my hubby was there recently and dropped people off and it didn't cost anything.

  2. Its about £3 to park there for about an hour or so, its only £20 per week to park at the secure car parks outside the airport for a week. If you park at airport doors you will probably be fined £30 for doing so.

  3. Its free to enter the "pick up and drop-off area" as long as you are there for under 30 minutes.

Someone is telling you blatant lies.

  4. no someone is winding you up

according to this site it costs £6 for an hour

  5. Glasgow airport

“Obviously, following the events of 30 June, we are not in a position to allow private vehicles on to the forecourt, because of security concerns and capacity constraints. However, we have listened carefully to feedback from our passengers over the last few weeks and months, and we have taken their views on board during our re-design of our vehicle access arrangements.

“As a result, we have created a new covered drop off and pick up zone in the main car park, directly opposite the terminal, which will be available to use free of charge for up to 10 minutes.
