  1. I wouldn't think so. You can get diseases from kissing someone. How could it be good for your teeth. A tooth brush is good for your teeth.

Yes, as a matter of fact it is.  Kissing produces extra saliva flow, which helps to wash away bacteria that may be lurking in your teeth!  You should avoid kissing if you have just flossed, or brushed your teeth very hard though, as this can cause small cuts in the gum line that can allow the others persons bacteria into the blood stream and cause infection.
