Is it true that lcd tv should not be put on a wall beneath a split type aircon? if yes, why?

A normal air conditioner will have water condensate in the indoor fancoil and discharge through a draining pipe to the nearest drain /floor trap normally found in the master or kitchen toliet . Water will start to leak from the split typr air -con when the drainage piping is clogged . it's not wise to mount  LCD  beneath split type air- con.
