Is it true that love finds you when you least expect it?

Did this happen to you? I don't know how to stop thinking about it though :/....ugh. I'm a sophomore in college and I'm attempting to NOT thinking about it... but obviously asking this question makes me think about it again...hmmm..

YES! Soooo true! I was about 5 months out of a 5 year long relationship when I met my husband...I was 23. He was good friends with a lot of my friends and that's how we met... I wasn't looking for anyone...and at first we just became good friends, until one day it hit me....oh my god I think I'm falling in love with him. I didn't expect it, but he's the best thing that's ever happened to me.

I really mess up in getting married!  I went out looking for love!  Big mistake!!!!!  Now I suffer the consequences!  

Yes it is true!  I am still waiting for another woman to come rescue me!

I believe in it. I completely gave up and now I'm in a relationship for two years now. I was engaged to someone in 05 and it lasted two months and I had to break it off. I figured it the real reasons he wanted to marry me and it wasn't for love. During the time after that, I did my own thing and never felt better. Then I met the man I'm with now. Trust me, I wasn't planning on meeting or wanting to meet anyone =) Now I can't imagine being without him. If you keep looking and looking, you won't find anyone. I was single for 11 years and met too many losers and gave up; then got engaged, broke it off. I then completely stopped looking, and now I'm in a wonderful relationship!

Yes i do believe it and yes it did happen to me.

I was 21 and still lived at home and i had never had a boyfriend and wasn't looking for one even though i would have liked to had 1 and then my husband and his family moved across the street from me and my family and the rest is history...So i found love when i was at least expecting it and wasn't looking for it.

He was 25 at the time.

I was told the same thing and sometimes what you want is right beneath your nose so look around and you never know that person may be closer then you think.                                                         As for the other to answers I am glad they found theirs and am happy for them you don't hear as many good stories of marriage anymore. Well good luck to you do what they did and just live for the day your in and love will find you when you least expect it.

It found me when i gave up. realyy i had been f'ed over so many times i bought a toy and swore off men for 3 years. welll. i have been with my hubby over 5 years now. i was 25. I could not be happier
