I don't want to sound racist cause I'm not. I just tend to think that minorities, such as blacks, asians, or hispanics can get along better with other minorities. Like my supervisor at work for an example. He's black, and it seems that he has more of a connection with one of his subordinates, who is asian, than with other white people. Not to say that he doesn't treat the other white people with respect, yes he does, he treats everyone the same. But there seems to be more of a bonding connection with him and the asian subordinate. I think that minorities can have more of a closer bond connection with other minorities because they can kinda relate. I think so, but I could be wrong.

  1. I'm hispanic and for some reason I get along better with white people.

  2. Funny, at my last job I had the exact same situation as you lol.

Yeah I'd say they probably do because they can relate on more of an economic scale.

  3. Hispanics do not get along with blacks at all. I have seen it first hand. Many hispanics just don't like blacks. There are gang wars out in California hispanics against the blacks.
