Eleven seems too specific, but I bet there is truth to it.  I think most people see themselves differently than others do though (possibly thinner, heavier, prettier, etc).

I think most teen aged girls see themselves as fat when in reality they are either underweight or right where they should be.

I think its really sad that they are so hard on themselves and society doesn't help either.

At the end of the day, self confidence goes a very long way.
