Is it true that next to man, dolphins are the most intelligent creatures?

What I've read is that Bonobos are closest to humans in intelligence, followed by Chimps, Dolphins, Pigs, and Whales.  I say, "whatever", cause we are judging intelligence based on our own type of intelligence, which is negligible at best.  I'd say all species are endowed with the i.q. that they need for how they need to survive.

No, i know this might be what you were expecting but next to humans it's primates, then whales, then dolphins. The only reason for this is because primates have been known to make and use their own tools for a easier life. This is also what humans do.

I read a study where dolphins are the smarter than any other animal on Earth, including humans.  It measured was a pattern-matching type IQ test.  

But they don't have the opposable thumb, and they live in the water.  So no dolphin technology/civilization...
