a stroke? I just stop smoking a few days ago due to just not wanting to do it anymore, and plus I was going through an anxiety attack. My body just feels like I am having these symptoms that u will feel like u are having either a stroke or a heart attack. my neighbor told me that she has been through it before and that, that how your body will feel in the mean time cause the body was so use to the nicotine. it will wear off in a few days but I am just curious if it so true?

  1. I also quit smoking to improve my health, and what you are feeling is your body experiencing withdrawals from the nicotine. Your body will eventually filter that poison all out and begin to repair the damage smoking caused. The hardest thing to overcome is the psychological cravings of the actual act of having the cigarette in your hand.

  2. yeah, its true

  3. If you are having anxiety attacks, that would happen (especially since your body is not being"calmed" by the cigarettes.Buy some "L-Theanine"

from suntheanine...you can find them in natural health stores and maybe GNC.It helps with stress and anxiety.

  4. I've never heard anything like that- and my mom has quit smoking several times- obviously, not successfully.
