can all Uk companys pays per hours to their employee for work

have all company has sat-sun 2 days weekends??

Yes, you can work more than 48 hours, no not all companies pay per hour, no, not all companies give their employees saturday & sunday off. I don't know of a website about working culture i'm afraid!

But you can do moonlighting to your heart's content though, I think. Not sure, really.  As long as it's dosh, sure!
