canadien are just recognized as one of the best if no the best, obviously this year it was the russians, but americans swedes, finns, germans, and chezchs are good too

No not at all!!! im a canadian and im saying that this is so untrue! there are many great american, russian, swedish etc hockey players out there! not only canadians can play hockey!

Cant really believe that this is a serious question. There are European captains all over the NHL and I do believe the Canadians lost the hockey championships this weekend. Of course they were without Crosby, but the Russians were without Datsyuk.
