No. Charles is and always will be Church of England;he is heir to the throne and will be head of the Anglican Church and must remain Protestant.It has been said that one day he would like to be "Leader of the Faiths,"making th UK more open to other religions,but that doesn't mean he has any interest in converting.

Prince Charles is the heir to the British throne, with that, he will also be the head of the Anglican Church.  He is sympathetic and well read on many religions, including the Muslims.
