Is it true that....?

when you are dreaming, if you dream you are falling, and you hit the ground that you die in real life from the shock? one of my friends told me and i was wondering if it was true

that might be true, yea i heard that b4 2 but i dream i am falling all the time but i wake up b4 i hit the ground and sometimes i dont wake up but it doesnt kill me, but idk it prolly could happen

I think not... cause I usually do that on purpose in my dreams :D.... sometimes I know that I'm dreaming and get bored... so I jump from a window or something :D....
