  4. Yes it is true, squinting your eyes just to see what the words says in the dark or very dim light can in fact damage your eyes. Best thing is to use one of those lights that you can attach to your book but those are usually bright. My mom is always like don't read in the dark it'll hurt your eyes x]

  12. No it's not.  It does fatigue your eyes however, and give you a headache.  But it's nothing that an hour of sleep won't fix.
