  1. it has you can see that these days....however market is really fluctuating these days and you cant really make out what the market will follow and what will it close at....however you can come to a more or less consensus of its closing...there is this site called www.utvi.com which will help you get a better overview of sensex and its working....

  2. Nobody can tell you that. That is why we have markets.

And the markets price things at what they think is fair value NOW. They think it is worth what it is worth. But there is some market psychology involved.

Looking at the chart it went nowhere from 1997 to 2003. Then has been rising at a rather steady rate since that time. If you were to draw a line across the LOWS of that chart then where you are now looks to be below that line.

It has tumbled significantly since the high. A fall below current would be further below the trend. Since it has fallen a lot already it is less likely to fall more.

If this chart works for you or you can make your own and input a 200 day moving average you will see you are below the 200 day moving average on what has been a consistant rising trend for 5 years.

But you have to decide if the growth that has driven the trend since 2003 has changed. Is your economy slowing or retracting? The Sensex is your largest companies so they will be economy sensitive.

You need to read and follow what is being said about your economy going forward to answer your own question. Looking at it fundamentally and from a charting point of view it says it is not likely. Maybe it is even low if nothing is changing.

But I don't follow India and you have better information that I would as to the current and forward looking trends.

    Anything is possible.

    Good Luck.
