No, they don't and they don't shrink you either. The irony of this question is, you asked if they DIDN'T make you grow taller, meaning, you must have believe that pants could effect your growth, which is just.. stupid. No offense.

no of couse not. and another myth is that they cut off circulation to your lgs and paralyze you. another is that they cause yeast infections.
