Is it true that someone was killed on the ride X2 at Six Flags Magic Mountain?

i heard the six flags in California there was a guy who went over the fence and got to close to the tracks  and was killed. that unfortunately was his fault. they don't have signs and rules for jokes.

yes i died last week when the ride i was riding on malfunctioned.
