Is it true that swimming lessons & being part of a team give you a great body?

i want great legs, curvy with big calves & thies & big arms.

will swimminh lessons for maybe a year or 2 or 3 give this to me?

  1. Doing swim team will defiantly make you strong if you have tough coaches, actually in a recent study at Stanford University it was shown that of all athletes swimmers were the strongest. But you will need to work hard at swim team for a couple of years.


  2. Well if you wan big legs and shoulders then yes. I have swam for many years and I hate what it did to my body. Dont get me wrong, it got me in very good shape, but I just dont like my thighs being big and having broad shoulders.

  4. If your times have potential for national and the Olympics in a few years time, and you dont mind looking muscular or bulky, go for it, and realize your dream.

    IT IS ACTUALLY BETTER THAN RUNNING BECAUSE U R USING MORE MUSCLES. ND U WONT GET AS HOT AS U DO WHEN RUNNING BC U R IN WATER.
