Is it true that the Liechtenstein bank of Germany closed?

i read in newspaper that the bank was closed and the bank offered the names to any country that asked for it.

    yes, i also read the newspapers. Nearly 3 months ago, Germany obtained a list of account holders at a bank. The germany offered the names to any country that asked for it. Curiously, India with a history of black money has not shown any interest in the list. Finland, norway, sweden asked. USA, UK, Australia, france, ireland, italy, canada, newzeland and spain put requests. But, india not showing any interest. India is silent in this affair.
