only to those who earn 0~ 80,000 dollars a year

There is legislation pending, that has passed the house and is stuck in the senate right now that they may issue tax rebates in the next few months. The amount is yet to be determined.

Yes but they haven't agreed on a final plan yet, it should be a done deal sometime this week. Looks lke the folks who rely only on SS may get a little too. They certainly need it.
