  1. Yes....but if you have been to Cairo, lately, you will find that it has made VERY LITTLE difference...the taxi drivers STILL drive like  maniacs with a death wish.

    I'm going back, next week; I'll let you know if anything has improved.

    the traffic is as bad as ever bec the law hasnt solved the problems of driving !

  4. They are fining people but it is not affecting traffic in any way. It is still a nightmare to drive in cairo

  6. Theoretically yes, practically no! Our streets are not ready yet.  

  7. My hubbys cousin came to this country to visit from egpyt for the first time.

    He was amazed to see lanes..actual lanes on roads and highways,He says in egyopt that doesnt exist lanes..

    I dunno,kinda funny

  8. No, it's a complete waste of time!

    REAL laws and regulations must be applied if the aim is to improve the traffic in Egypt.
