No their is no vein in the leg that would enhance o****m.  In men, o****m can be enhanced by pushing in the small area between the testicles and the r****m.  ( The area is the area you would push if you were trying to express urine...at the base of the urethra behind the p***s... after you urinate so you don't get your underwear dripped in.)
