  1. No.. it's not.

  2. every race is decendants of Africans, that is where original man started,,,,look up Journey of Man ,on national geographics

  3. Holy ignorance!

Most of Italian people belong to italic and celtic tribes that came down from Central Europe before the roman conquest and settled down in Po river plain and Appennini mountains. Also Latins (tribes who founded Rome) belong to those peoples. In the South many Greeks built up their colonies

After the fall of the Empire, Italic peoples mixed with Germanic tribes as Goths, Franks and Longbards.

Arabs occupied for two-three century Sicily (before being defeated by Normans, Vikings) but they do not mixed very much with the locals, due to religious separation).

As you can see we are not Africans or negroes.

What did they teach you at school? Look at en.wikipedia.org

  4. Y chromosome Eb3. It's common in Italy and North Africa.

  5. Not any more related than other mediterranians. You may be thinking of the (possible) myth of a new race that emerged in Italy from descendents of Trojans, who were Asians. This race would then found the Roman empire.

  6. Brace yourself, here's a shocker. We're all connected.

  7. Look on the world map, look where the 2 countries lie. LOL

  8. Africans and Italians are connected by the Mediterranean

You're thinking of the scene in the movie "True Romance" between Dennis Hopper and Christopher Walken.  No truth to it.  It came out of Quentin Tarantino's head.

  9. Prior to the ice melting, during the last Glacial Maximum, which ended 10,000 years ago, modern-day Sicily was connected to modern-day Tunisia, so there really wasn't a border separating "Italy" from Northern Africa!

In addition to that, 100 years ago, Sub-Saharan Ethiopia, was an Italian colony. So, as an Italian, I would say, that Italy has probably had more mixing with Africans, than any other European nation, with the possible exception of Spain (Which was also connected to modern-day Morocco, during that same period)...

  10. No, It is not true. THe only link they have with africans is with non black north africans called moors

Italians on the north of the Italian Penninsula are as white as every other european race. On the south of the penninsula, they are darker, because the Italians there intermixed with the Muslim Moors and Arabs.

So technically there is a link between some italians and Africans. But not sub saharan africans, but moors

  11. sure everybody loves pizza

  12. Hey, I got news for you. We all are linked to Africans.
