they have stopped selling it in thailand. I havent heard that they stopped making it, and its still in the charts in the UK.

That is not true. They would not stop it just because ONE PERSON shot someone.

last I heard it was still for sale...if someone is stupid enough to kill because of a game its their malfunction...not the games

no they just banned it in ireland or somewhere else where someone shot someone cus he thought it was easy to get away from it like on GTA 4

a couple monthes after vicecity was released a 10 year old boy killed his family and his dog decapitated there body and buried them in the back yard so ofcoarse jack thompson tryed to take advantage of this and he started a lawsuit agaistrockstar to ban gta what happen he lost so i really doubt being shot would stop one of the biggest games in the world right now

A young lad in Thailand shot and killed a taxi driver after trying out a technique he saw on GTA 4. He already had a strong mental disability and they banned it in that country for safety reasons, it's still on sale in the shops in this country.
