People who drive drunk get DUI's. People who drive high get DWI's [[Driving While Intoxicated]].

It IS just as bad as driving drunk. You're conscious is altered, your reactions are slower, etc. Just because high and drunk are "different" feelings doesn't mean they have different results.

NO. It distorts your sense of speed. You have a tendency to drive slower than the rest of the traffic. So you stand out, also the crazies things tend to distract you
