No, Vonage does not record your calls.

The only calls that are recorded are calls that are redirected to Voice-Mail.  Then, you can playback the recorded voice-mails.

Otherwise, there are some VoIP services that do have call recording features built-in to the soft-phone.

For example, Gizmo5 is a Skype competitor that provides call recording button on the soft-phone.

I am currently using Gizmo5 as my Skype alternative.  When I place a call using the PC-based Gizmo5 soft-phone, there is a button that I can click on to start a call recording.  It plays a short message indicating the call is being recorded (as required by law) and then the call is recorded to a file on my PC.
