  5. This depends on a couple of things:

    *The country in which you're playing

    *Dimensions of the pool

    *Under which group of rules/regulations the match falls under.

    In the US, a shallow end cage (often found in high school) is taller than a regulation depth cage.  However, all deep (or reguation) water cages are the same height.  Below is the page with the links to both the FINA (international organization) and the US Water Polo rules/regulations guide.
