  2. i don't think food wears a watch, typically if you eat directly before you go to sleep, then the food is more likely to turn into fat rather than to be burned off with physical activity, so in short to answer your question, if you go to sleep at 7 yes, if not then no.

  4. No it is not. People just say not to eat later because you tend to eat more at night. There have been many studies that prove people have more of an appetite at night. Also if you stop eating earlier you don't eat as much for the whole day.

    So basically no that is not true. But it is proven for most people that eating at a late time will make them consume more calories which will turn into fat.

    OH and also you aren't active at night so what you eat doesn't get worked off. When people eat earlier some are like "well maybe I should go work off what I ate." and sometimes you can't do that at night.

    For some people there is no difference at all between eating at night and during the day.
