  1. yes it is true as they are getting ready to stay warm also if you see spider webs on the ground in a frost it will be a good few days and if the sky is clear the wind is blowing toward you off the water and it is also a sign of rain seeing a pig with a straw in its mouth

  4. A myth - it would be raining every second of the day if you think about how many cows there are in one field, then in your country now in the world. Logically, at least one cow is lying down every second, so it should be raining ever second if the myth was true.

    i remember a project on this when i was 9 where we had to test weather myths like them- needless to say this one turned out to be false =P
