Is it true that when you fish in Ontario?

the fish you caught ask you to show the proper licence; and if you do not have one, or it's expired, it spits the hook out, jumps back into Ontario, and launch the legal complaint about it at the nearest to the shore police station?

you left out the part where the shore police then shoot you on sight.  We have no capital punishment here other than for fishing illegally.
