Ive heard this a couple times that the timing can help lessen bad side effects during the day. Have you found this true? Any other tips? Maybe people just mean you get the effects but it's more likely while you're sleeping (if you take it late-day/evening). Trying to figure that out. I'm about to go on low-dose Mircette (just got prescription). thx for any input, it is greatly appreciated. :)

  1. Yes, it is true that by taking it in the evening such as around the time of dinner or bed that it can prevent nausea.

I had this happen to me.  At one time I was taking my pill in the morning because I found it easier for me at one time.  Then I kept having issues with the nausea so that I had to take anti-nausea medicine.

Then when I changed the time that I took my pill (I took it at 11:30 p.m.) I didn't have anymore problems with the nausea.

I took Mircette for 3 years.  If you have other questions for me about the Mircette please feel free to e-mail me off site any time.  Please put in the subject line: "Questions about Mircette" so that I will know what it's in regards to.
