  1. This is a very common scam designed to separate the victim from his or her money. Basically, the scammer e-mails you to say that you've won the lottery. You go about trying to claim the (nonexistent) prize, but the scammer comes back and tells you that you must pay fees. Sometimes he calls them "courier fees."  Other times, he claims that you need to pay taxes, or some other charge, to release your funds.

But you never see the lotto winnings because they don't exist.

    See http://www.scamwarners.com for more information.

  2. Of course, it cannot be true. To win the Lottery occasionally you need to buy at least a few lines with  chosen numbers from the latest 10 draws. Select the first 3 numbers from the latest 4 previous draws, 2 numbers from the 6-10 latest draws and one number above from the "cold" numbers. For doing this you must to have a list with the latest 20 draws  of your Lottery.

    Good Luck.

  3. No.  Pure and simple.

The only way to win the lottery is to buy a ticket, and check your numbers.

  4. not that i heard of

  5. No you cannot.  You have to purchase a ticket in order to have a chance of winning the lottery.  My guess is that you have received an email stating you have won a (fake) lottery.  If this is the case, then this is a SCAM.  If you click on the below link, this site gives a comprehensive list of various email scams and frauds, steps to take if you are the victim of a fraud and also gives an online form where all scams and frauds can be reported :
