I will assume, Are you asking if we do charity work aside from our job will we be sane?

My answer: I don't know .. but ...

I do a lot of charity work and I have a job. The charity work makes me feel good. The job is pleasant too. I am sane.

With charity work you rarely see the recipient of the charity. You just have to know the cause you are working for and support it. If you are blessed to feel the positive from your work you will feel good.
