  1. sort of. if you eat fattening foods u get fat. no .not like that. um. i mean like. well. never mind.

  2. Except for those people born with high metabolism rate, the rest yeah I think so.

    There are people who smoke and drink and eat whatever they want but don't have any health problems.

  3. Most of the time, yeah.

  4. Yes it is true, very true. What ever you eat, you take on there cellular energy. If you eat packaged food that is lifeless, you will feel lifeless yourself. If you eat fresh fruit and veggies that is full of energy, you will have heaps of energy. Fruit and veggies with chemicals used will cause a change of energy so organic even better. Animals lots of them get killed and arnt happy wiht the way they are treated in the process, so you are taking on that energy of the animal when you eat them. So if you eat organic free ranged animals, you arnt going to get the bad energies so much because they were treated with more respect and wernt fed things to fatten them up quickly for death. I am a vegetarian and find that meat is very heavy and makes me feel depressed, I always feel happy and full of energy. Eliminate certain food groups and you kind of start to understand how it works.

  5. No. Just an expression.

  6. in a way.

  7. i like candy and i am sweet most of the time, so YES! :)

  8. Yes it is true. And I am a pu#$y!!!

  9. Yes, nutrition-wise.

  10. kinda

  11. I would say  yes and now I'm nearly a vegan!   I don't eat meats.. so not a cow  and I don't eat fish  so I'm not fishy

    I do eat beans, fruits, cereals, grains, veggies  including beets.   I do eat more fruit and also perogies that anything else!  So I guess I'm a beety fruitarian vegetarian!

  12. Yes. I mean if you eat a lot of junk like processed foods or fast food or too many sweets then you are taking in a lot of fat, sodium, and cholesterol. You will gain weight and become unhealthy.

    On the other hand, if you eat foods high in essential vitamins and low in cholestrol and fat then your body can make use of the food it's taking in rather then storing most of it as fat. If you eat foods that are natural and organic your body is taking in less chemicals and preservatives, which is also good for your body.

  13. yes;

    i am a cow

    moo
