I read somewhere that it is possible to produce a home made compound by boiling up willow bark that can be used to encourage cuttings (taken from plants) to produce roots. Has anyone else tried it and did it work?

  1. Never tried that one - wouldn't it be much the same as using soluble asprin though?

  2. Just use custard powder - really!
