well im just wondering because this dude was a badass ripping chains breaking cuffs and **** and its just interesting to know how he was overpowered if he was overpowered or if there was a weapon involved in it and how it was used the thing is i read it and im not sure if its true because he is a complete superhuman and with harder bones stronger muscles and thicker skin as a result of having that kind of strength im just curious to know what took him out i know charles atlas died of a heart attack due to preexisting medical history of such in his family and this other strong dude died in a surfing accident and the thing is that dude died later then atlas and zass 95 or so and still in good health and these iron men had longevity im just curious how zass died exactly and what it took to take him out if its true i worship strong dudes loike this because they are a show of the human potential and im just curious to know their limitations

  1. Umm - What can I say? Alexander Zass was a very strong man, who trained himself to a very high level of fitness. He was not a superman. True, he was unusual - but not THAT unusual.

I am not aware that he was murdered. You have to consider that people do occasionally die of old age and not as the result of some strange conspiracy theory.

I have exercised for most of my life, using very similar methods to those used by Zass. I am no superman, but at the age of 55, I can still surprise a lot of people who think grey hair is some kind of disease.

Study what Zass and Charles Atlas did and try the methods for yourself. You might find they work, if you give them a year or so.

And for goodness' sake learn how to write coherent English.
