If it is, then it's a shame. If yes, why?

  1. Superman got up there.  Mind you he was trying to rescue Lois Lane at the time.............

  2. The one in Paris, or the one in Vegas?

  3. That depends on what you call the very top. At the top there is a quite large room with windows from wich you have a great view and some information  about what you see. At the top of it, there is a kind of open platform. It is closed with netting. So you can see and feel the wind!. And then, there is another "layer". But it is for technical purpose.

So you can't go to the very very top of the tower, but the very top is of course open to public.

I hope I answered the question

  4. Quite often they shut the top of the tower, this is usually due to the weather and not wanting people to go up in  bad winds etc.

The last time I went, we couldn't go to the top, it was extremely foggy, it was a shame but it apparently happens quite often.

I don't know if it is currently closed and it could be for maintenance - the other reason they close it.

  5. i heard it was sh*t lol

  6. I was just there last week - the top was closed when I got in line, but by the time I got to the ticket counter (3 hour wait) it was open again.  It was very windy that day, so it may have something to do with the weather or it could be the crowds.

  7. The very top yes, but not the last level allowed to the tourists.

If you like screaming Japanese, GO!

  8. Elevator goes to the 3rd story. (top) Open to the public.

Above is closed to public. Television antenna and other tech.

  9. it is said that it was a favourite jumping off point for suicide action so the top as far as you can go is protected by a barrier

  10. i walked under it yesterday and its seems you can only go up to the 3rd floor
