Is it true there is a train under the white house ?

I herd there is a 30 sec train under the white house to get the President out of D.C incase of a emergency

You may be confusing this with something else. There is a mini subway system that links the US Capitol building to other government office buildings in downtown DC. However, there is no train under the White House.

Due to national security, we will never know, exactly, how the President leaves the White House, during an emergency, or the route  he takes.

Sounds like an urban myth, to me.

That's only a fable--no truth to it.  There are likely escape tunnels from the White House to neighboring buildings, but nothing more extensive, and definitely no train.
