An eye exam should be performed once a year. New lenses is determined by the optometrist, the choice would be up to you.

Depending on the person's eye and the age too. Majority of people's eyesight stops getting worse around 22-24y/o average but like I said, it depends.

It's recommended to get your eye exam every year. I get mine down every year and in the beginning I had to get new glasses every year but for the last 2 years, my prescription hasn't changed.

That depends on if your vision is changing. If it hasn't changed , then you probably dont need new glasses every year.
