Not true, but in my case you may be able to guess from my hands.

Divide foot size (not shoe size) by 2, subtract .65 works for me!  lol

There is no direct correlation between hand size and the size of anything else, other than maybe fingers.  This also goes for the myths about the size of ears, nose, feet, etc…

Of course, it is true that larger people tend to be larger everywhere.  So, it’s a safe bet that Shaq has more than four inches in his trousers.
