Is it true you can find out if uni has accepted you from midnight tonight? how?

i have been told that i can find out if the uni has accepted me from midnight tonight, but not my results. is this true? how? is it through UCAS?

Yes it is true! And yes it is through UCAS they are available off the website from midnight. And you're right, you can't find out your results, just whether you have been accepted if it was a conditional offer.
