  1. It is true that somebody designed it, but not true that anybody uses it.  It would be highly illegal.

  7. No, its not true. It was a gimmick and publicity stunt. It would not be legal to use in SA.

  8. I heard about it. Problem is, you might just activate it and deep fry an innocent newspaper seller or something, or the car next to you!
