Is it true you cant create your own playbook on madden 09'?

i have a PS3, and i was planning on buying it, i was also excited to create my own playbook on it also. But i was told that they took that feature out of the game, is that true?

You have to do it in Head Coad 09 and then you can import it into madden 09. Head Coach 09 is a completely different game...
