to go through breakfast wthout eating and sometimes through lunch without not eating much then at supper eat whatever u want until ur full. ive got where i wont eat nothing for breakfast just a little for lunch and maybe 2 tbls of something for supper but i drink all day can someone lose weight like that or will it cause sickness so anyone that can help me out on this please i have been thinking about this alot

  1. your body needs food every 4 hours for the metabolism to function.

    WHAT IS METABOLISM?

    metabolism is like a machine that keeps your body on the go to burn fat.

    if you dont feed your body food, the metabolism will stop working

    and it wont make your body burn fat.

    YOU ABSOLUTELY have to eat breakfast.

    now--- this doesnt mean to pig out.

    a yogurt, a banana, a little cereal, maybe even a toast are low in calories and they make your body start.

    it is very unhealthy.

    to just eat everything at once.

    your body produces more fat...

    and YOU WONT LOSE WEIGHT.


  2. You may not lose weight because the body thinks it is starving. It is better to eat throughout the day..at like 5 small meals.  I eat all the time on Nutrisystem and I am losing weight.

    You&#039;re body will go into &quot;starvation&quot; mode.

    And hold onto every calorie.

    Durring the days when you are empty - the food you DID eat is transformed into FAT CELLS to store in your body because it&#039;s being told by your stomach that it needs to.

    Our bodies do this because back in the older days when we had to hunt for food - humans would go weeks without eating - because they were unlucky in the hunt. So fat was stored from the foods they DID consume.

    EAT at least 3 meals a day.

    The weight you are losing is water and old vile stored in your bowels.

  4. that is very unhealthy. you should eat about 400 calories at each meal and about 100 - 150 calories for a snack. for example, breakfast is 400 cals, then 3 hrs later eat a snack, then 2 hrs later eat lunch at 400 cals, 3hrs later another snack, 2 hrs later should be dinner and 3 hours after a snack. that way you keep your metabolism steady and you wont binge later on. it regulates blood sugar levels and keeps your energy levels up too. for snacks eat a combo of protein and good for you carbs  

  5. Most likely you&#039;re going to get frusterated with yourself because you&#039;re probably not getting enough, therefore your body is going to retain the little fat that it has, making you appear to have gained weight.

    But I&#039;m gonna be honest...in the end, you totally look skinnier! Just, if you&#039;re doing this...be patient and dont get pissed if it looks like you gained weight.  

  6. Why would u eva do that? Just eat healthy, 3 meals and 2 snacks, 1,500 cals a day, and exercise 5X a week. You can lose the weight this way, and not go crazy!! Plus your way is unhealthy, this way is fine. =D

  7. If you aren&#039;t getting a steady amount of meals throughout the day and only eat once a day then it will slowdown your metabolism since your slower. Slower metabolism = slower weight loss. Also if you&#039;re hungry the whole day and only eat once, there is a good chance to you will overeat at dinner. If you want to loose weight the best way is to eat 5 meals a day but keep them low in calories and fat, it gives you a steady quicker metabolism and reduces chance of binge eating.

    later in the day your metabolism will slow down.

    its not good to stuff yourself either

    just ear a little at every meal

    you don&#039;t need to freak out about what your eating.

    eat a ton of veggies fruits some cheese milk lots of water and protein after a workout.
