  1. ha-ha i love chicken 2...but maby you should try eating something else you never know you might like some veggies  :)

  2. ANY day!

Chicken is loaded with chemicals and hormones.  All of us eating commercially raised chicken are contributing to miserable lives of chickens.

Non-commerically raised, is better but a chicken that never needed to be born is sacrificed for us by having it's neck rung or just cut off while it's alive.  I believe some are hung by the feet and THEN have head cut off--this is the Halal-muslim and Kosher-jewish way.  How gruesome is that?  Do you need the adreline, from the chickens' terror, that courses through their bodies in yours?

Chicken raising practices are highly abusive.  What did chickens do to you?

Read 'Diet for a New America.'  Think you can't do without chicken?  Try learning more about how it's raised, sometimes, if not often de-beaked--to eliminate pecking at one another in the highly stressful unnatural conditions, sometimes with broken legs, stuck in a cage too small to lay down in.  There is no normal interactions or social order. It's torture in the name of profit.

So you like the taste and don't care about tortured crippled  birds or your health, you think?

Consider this, hormones used in chicken mimic human hormones necessary for natural development.  These can lock onto your cells and interfere with your natural hormones doing their job.

My daughter, sick, dazed and overweight learned of this and dropped chicken &  milk immediately, and 110 pounds in 7 months.  Food cravings vanished and that 110 pounds just fell off.

I know a young man who eats no meat but chicken and he's BLUBBERY JIGGLINGLY FAT and girl-lilke.  I don't know but would sure guess chicken is a contributing factor.

Dr Gary Null says our bodies cannot utilize one ounce of cooked protein.  Others like Harvey Diamond say calcium is necessary to process protein in the body and that calcium can be leeched out of the bones causing osteo.  More calcium than provided by milk is required to get rid of the excess protein in milk, let alone other protein 'foods.'

The strongest animals on earth like horses, cows, elephants are vegetarian.  We produce our own proteins from amino acids, from vegetation, as do they.

Need for animal source protein is an industry snow job and not a healthy one.

Chicken tastes good?  I agree.  I think not good enough to warrant the animal and human suffering so we can eat it.

That chicken is SO good for you, is, I believe, a myth perpetuated by dietitians.  Food charts from school?  These are funded by 'food' producers.

I'm sure chicken raising and slaugher is not good or healthy for the farmers who are torturing and killing chickens either.  Chicken catcher is supposed to be the job with the highest attrition (quitting) rate.

Do you have a pet?  Is it reasonable some standards of care should apply.  There are NO laws of humane treatment standards for domestic animals.  They are simply vicitms and treated any despicable way for profit.  A farmer bragged his pregnant sow was fed exclusively on pig excrement, all she could get caged under the cages of the other animals.  She survived so he thought it quite a coup!

Taste aside chicken eating is altogether inappropriate and I believe not healthy either.

Oh goodness.  All that aside I forgot one very important factor.  Constant exposure to ANY SUBSTANCE can lead to allergic reaction to it.  One of the symptoms of allergy is WATER RETENTION, I think this is one thing wrong with the girly guy previously mentioned, and my daughter.  His body retains water to try to compensate for the toxins.  That is body keeps water to try to dilute offending substances.  As for hormones, my daughter hadn't mensturated before 20 and normalized in the following month after dropping hormone intake.  The boy, 23 now, well, he has b*****s and his voice still isn't what one would expect of a male and he whines.   May be other problems but I suspect chicken for sure. He eats it EVERY day.

AND what you crave you may well be allergic to.  Eliminate for at least 5 days and try it.  You should react noticably.  Do NOT doing this when you have anything important planned.  You could fall asleep or something.

If you have allergies you can get rid of them by strengthening and cleaning your immune system.

    Good luck.

  3. It's not unhealthy to eat chicken everyday but the way it is prepared (nuggets, patties, fried etc.) may be unhealthy.  If you bake, boil, broil, grill, it could be healthy.

  4. ummm...yes..but the most unhealthy part of the chicken is the wings and neck because chicken raisers inject the steroids to enlarge the muscles of the chicken and it is bad for our body it can cause cancer...

too much grilled chicken can be a bad thing, not because of the chicken itself but because of the fact that it's GRILLED. New studies show that grilling over charcoal on a grill adds harmful chemicals to the meat or vegetables being grilled. You can read about it in many alternative medicine magazines and on websites of the same type. My suggestion is to start roasting your chicken, stir frying it (don't completely fry your chicken, just pan sear it. Fried chicken is unhealthy.), boil it, or broil it. If you're looking for that grilled taste I recommend brushing some healthy olive oil on it and roasting it. Good luck!

  5. Depends what you mean by chicken. If you mean grilled or baked, skinless chicken, than it is very healthy, as plain chicken is high in protein and low in fat. Try basting it with lemon juice or olive oil before cooking, along with some spices of your choosing. If, however, you mean fried chicken, chicken nuggets, crispy chicken, or even skin on chicken, than yes, it is unhealthy; these items are very high in saturated and/or trans fat (from the skin and frying oil) and usually salt as well. Moderate amounts of fried foods are okay once in a while, but you are better off cutting them out of your diet completely, as they can be a one way ticket to obesity and various associated health problems.

  6. eating animals every day is just disturbing to me....

  7. as long as you excersice, and eat other foods, eating chiken is OK and BTW... hii...

  8. It depends on how the chicken is cooked. If you eat deep fried chicken everyday then yes.

  9. As long as you are also eating other healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, and grains and most of the chicken you eat isn't fried, there shouldn't be a problem.  Just don't an excessive amount (ie more than about 3 servings a day).

  10. Lol I love chicken too... It should be okay...?!!!        :D

  11. the fatty battered stuff should obviously be done in moderation, and maybe up the ante on mushrooms and other things vegos eat to compensate for the lack of red meat.  go the chook.
