  1. Sleeping too much is almost as bad as sleeping too little and can make you feel very weak and very tired.


  2. sleeping more than 8 hours could be a sign of depression.  these articles might be helpful.

  3. well, how much is too much? if you sleep all day, all night, then that isn't very healthy because you aren't being active and doing healthy things. If you sleep for a long time (10-11 hours) that's not unhealthy as long as you are eating healthy and and exercising.
