  1. No way! They should have stripped the guy naked, covered him and doggie doo and dragged him by his feet around the mall in shame.

  2. I'm not sure that you can really "have" security remove a guy from the mall. It's certainly not unreasonable to complain about his behavior, though. You could just say to a security guard, "That man's sign is disturbing to me, and I would like it if either his sign, or him, was removed." They may take him out or they may not. At least you've expressed your opinion.

  3. It might have been a joke.  If that was the case, then no, removing him forcefully would be going a bit too far.

However, if he was serious... well, I don't know.  If he wasn't actually DOING anything, then there's not much you can do about it.

But, if it disturbs the costumers and if somebody complains about him, then he'd most likely be removed.  If he was acting in a really creepy and perverted way, then perhaps you could let one of the security guards know if it disturbs you.

However, IMO, they shouldn't really take action unless he's being overtly perverted or actually committing a crime.

But, just think, he would still be out on the street to do whatever he wanted, just out of the mall.

Thank you for the thumbs down.  ;P
