My husband and I have known each other since we were 12 and we started going out shortly after. We have been together since and are now married and will have been for 2 years in February. Is it weird that we have only ever been with each other?

  1. No it seems like you found your soul mate early, If the two of you are truly in love with one another that's what matters and in the end that's what counts

  2. Of course not - it's lovely!

  3. That's no unusual it's a blessing. So many people wish they had waited for their soul mate and you had the privilege of knowing him from a young age. Hooray for you and your husband!

  4. It's unusual but only because you never hear stories like this any more. I think it's beautiful and wish you all the best.

  5. It is unusual, but is the best thing to happen!

    Congratulations!

  6. Uhm, for my self personally, I'm glad that I got the opportunity to have previous boyfriends, relationships and experiences before my current bf (and soulmate). I know he's my soul mate and even though I have ex-bf's, I lost my virginity to him and I'm truly thankful and glad for that!!... I would say your situation is extremely rare but I think it's awesome! I think you've found your soul mate and for that you should be very grateful :)

  7. No, dont' be affected by the media. You should congratulate yourself for having one partner. People who said you need more are those who had a different past.

  8. not at all! it's actually quite sweet.

  9. I would say it is unusual (shows the company I keep) but fantastic for both of you and something to be proud of.

  10. I don't think that's strange at all. Though rare, "love at first sight" can work out. I'm glad you two are doing so well with your relationship! Hopefully you will continue to have a strong, healthy marriage.

  11. I think its awesome!

  12. It's a bit unusual, as in, it's not what usually happens, but I think it's great. Good for you.

  13. you mean in a night?

  14. Weird?...No, but dont expect him to remain faithful forever.

  15. very unusual but absolutely nothing wrong with it at all.

  16. No its lovely, my parents only had been with each other, I met hubby at 17 and married at 19 and he had been the only person I had been with - until divorce 20 years later.

  17. It's not uncommon. A lot of people marry their childhood sweetheart, but they have problems many years later when typically the guy gets curious about others. He will hear his friends talking, and see stuff on tv that will get him wondering. Then some little thang will tease him, and that's the dangerous area. Many guys can't hold back when that happens, especially when the guy gets well into his 40's.
