  1. very easy: 5 tablets of valerian

  2. ive had this all day today, ive suffered for aura migraines for years now and kinda getting used to the symptoms now. my eye symptoms i get are i see a small fuzzy dot like a droplet of water on my eye ball, i always startin rubbin my eyes thinkin it will go away but it doesnt, the dot then starts to grow and get bigger an d i start to feel a bit sick te more i keep my eyes open,  it then continues to get worse and i get this blank space to my vision, i can sometimes only see like half of someones face or missing text, whn my eyes are shut i still see blurry wavy  lines bit like a broken tv or screen of somekind. lyin in a darkened room for a few hours keepin ur eyes closed as much as possible is best thing for it. now im left with my extreme sore head, i hate migraines

  3. i think what you are experiencing is called an "aura." few people experience auras before a migraine, or even during. what it is is impaired blurry vision, or if you've ever "seen stars" by getting hit in the head, you see that as well, but almost in a line formation. auras are different for everyone though, and again, not most people get it, but that doesn't mean it's anything serious if you do. i get migraines constantly and have the same episodes as you, i'm actually seeing a neurologist today and i'll let you know what they say about auras if you'd like :)
