no its not weird.. my son is 7  and he gets crushes on women all the time ( i know because he gets embarrassed when you ask him about it) as long as the 11 yr old is not trying to so anything but admire  the 30 yr old lady you're fine.

There is nothing weird about that.  What would be weird is if the 30 year old woman starts fancying the 11 year old boy.  The scary part is that it really is happening in today's society.  I saw on the news where another female teacher was arrested for having s*x with a 13 year old boy.  What's wrong here?

It's not weird to have a crush, but don't pursue it.  Fancy all you want, but you'll get her in trouble if you try to do anything about it.  (And rightfully so)

not at all, it is a normal reaction for an eleven year old to start feeling things for older people. A lot of boys and even girls have feelings for their elders, its just a crush and should tapper off eventually.
