Is it weird for a 15 year old girl to play with babrbie dolls?

...being honest here, YES!!  Cause that's what little kids before the age of 10 do.  I guess they kinda learn about life and stuff??  I dunno, but it's definantly weird =/

I played with Barbie until I was about 17. Some people made fun of me, but I didn't care. It was still fun to me & I could have been doing worse things.

I'm 25 now, but I still have all my Barbie stuff. I don't play with it anymore, but I do still collect Barbie Dolls & accessories.

I'm 11 and I used 2 love barbie's and bratz and stuff, but i was done with that when i was like 9!

but if i saw somone at my school thats 15 yeah i'd think their kinda wierd but i'd get over it cause thats them it wont matter to me.

Does she "play" with them; or does she collect them.  If she is only collecting them and on occasion changing clothes for better display effect, its not that weird.

Many people, including guys, collect Barbies.  They can be very, very valuable.  If she's still playing with them, it can slide a little bit into weird; might suggest she is having a psychological issue with the idea of her future life in dating and in a family.  She might be trying to work it out through having a Barbie doll go through some of the things she's worried about to see how it would play out and how she would deal with it if she were in Barbie's position.

Not outright crazy, but it would suggest she is unsure of herself.  But only if she is actually playing with them as a kid would.

i dont find it weird cuz i still do and im 14. so do my friends i probably will still play with them next year too.  Some people do find it weird and i can understand why but i dont think anyone is ever too old for dolls : )

There is nothing wrong with that. The girl will stop playing with them when she's ready.

My fiance who is 30 (31 in two weeks) still plays with his batman toys and transformers. He still buys one to two action figures every month! It's ok.
